WAQT NAHI | hindi shayari | hindi poetry

Aap Ke Khidmat Main Hajir Kuch Alefaj, Par Kya Kare WAQT NAHI
" WAQT NAHI "

Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein,
Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.
Din Raat Daurti Duniya Mein,
Zindagi Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Maa Ki Loree Ka Ehsaas To Hai,
Par Maa Ko Maa Kehne Ka Waqt Nahi.
Saare Rishton Ko To Hum Maar Chuke,
Ab Unhe Dafnane Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Saare Naam Mobile Mein Hain,
Par Dosti Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.
Gairon Ki Kiya Baat Karen,
Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Aankhon Me Hai Neend Bhari,
Par Sone Ka Waqt Nahi.
Dil Hai Ghamon Se Bhara Hua,
Par Rone Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Paison ki Daur Me Aise Daure,
Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.
Parae Ehsason Ki Kya Qadr Karein,
Jab Apne Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Tu Hi Bata Ae Zindagi,
Is Zindagi Ka Kiya Hoga,
Ke Har Pal Marne Walon Ko,
Jeene Ke Liye Bhi Waqt Nahi.......

Don't avoid, Please read this | HIV | how to beware from HIV

(Don't avoid, Please read this)
FROM Arvind Khamitkar , I.A.S, Director of Medical & Research Div, Chennai, INDIA

Dear Friends,

A few weeks ago, in a movie theater, a person felt something poking from her seat. When she got up to see what it was, she found a needle sticking out of the seat with a note attached saying

'You have just been infected by HIV'.

The Disease Control Center (in Paris ) reports many similar events in many other cities recently. All tested needles were HI V Positive.

The Center also reports that needles have been found in cash dispensers at public banking machines. We ask everyone to use extreme caution when faced with this kind of situation. All public chairs/seats should be inspected with vigilance and caution before use. A careful visual inspection should be enough. In addition, they ask that each of you pass this message along to all members of your family and your friends of the potential danger.

Recently, one doctor has narrated a somewhat similar instance that hppened to one of his patients at the Priya Cinema in Delhi ... A young girl, engaged and about to be married in a couple of months, was pricked while the movie was going on. The tag with the needle had the message

'Welcome to the World of HIV family'.

Though the doctors told her family that it takes about 6 months before the virus grows strong enough to start damaging the system and a healthy victim could survive about 5-6 years, the girl died in 4 months, perhaps more because of the 'Shock thought'.

We all have to be careful at public places, rest God help! Just think about saving a life by forwarding this message. Please, take a few seconds of your time to pass along.

With Regards, Arvind Khamitkar ,
I.A.S, Director of Medical & Research Div, Chennai.

Rather than forwarding irrelevant mails, kindly pass this to every one.

Probably your mail can help to save his/her life.

I got this information by mail from one of my friend. But instead of forward it i post it on this blog so this important massage will not limited to my friends circles only. Because blog is the place where people from everywhere in the world can see. I don't know its true or just rumor but i think it is very useful for everybody. So if you seen this post then please show this to all of your friends.

what is swine flu | swine flu

Swine influenza

Swine influenza (also called swine flu, hog flu, and pig flu) refers to influenza caused by
those strains of influenza virus that usually infect pigs and are called swine influenza virus (SIV).

Swine influenza is common in pigs in the midwestern United States (and occasionally in other states), Mexico, Canada, South America, Europe (including the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Italy), Kenya, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and other parts of eastern Asia.

Transmission of SIV from pigs to humans is not common. When it results in human influenza, it is called zoonotic swine flu. People who work with pigs, especially people with intense
exposures, are at risk of catching swine flu. In humans, the symptoms of swine flu are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general, namely chills, fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness and general discomfort.

The 2009 flu outbreak in humans that is widely known as "swine flu" is due to a new strain
of influenza A virus subtype H1N1 that was produced by reassortment from one strain of human influenza virus, one strain of avian influenza virus, and two separate strains of SIV. This
2009 H1N1 strain causes the normal symptoms of influenza, such as fever, coughing and headache.

People who work with poultry and swine, especially people with intense exposures, are at
increased risk of zoonotic infection with influenza virus endemic in these animals, and
constitute a population of human hosts in which zoonosis and reassortment can co-occur.

Signs and symptoms

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in humans the symptoms of
the 2009 "swine flu" H1N1 virus are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like
illness in general. Symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills
and fatigue.

Because these symptoms are not specific to swine flu, a differential diagnosis of probable swine flu requires not only symptoms but also a high likelihood of swine flu due to the person's recent history. For example, during the 2009 swine flu outbreak in the United States, CDC advised physicians to "consider swine influenza infection in the differential diagnosis of patients with acute febrile respiratory illness who have either been in contact with persons with confirmed swine flu, or who were in one of the five U.S. states that have reported swine flu cases or in Mexico during the 7 days preceding their illness onset."

Prevention of human to human transmission

Influenza spreads between humans through coughing or sneezing and people touching something with the virus on it and then touching their own nose or mouth.
Swine flu cannot be spread by pork products, since the virus is not transmitted through food. The swine flu in humans is most contagious during the first five days of the illness although some people, most commonly children, can remain contagious for up to ten days. Diagnosis can be made by sending a specimen, collected during the first five days for analysis.
Recommendations to prevent spread of the virus among humans include using standard infection control against influenza. This includes frequent washing of hands with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand sanitizers, especially after being out in public.

Experts agree that hand-washing can help prevent viral infections, including ordinary influenza and the swine flu virus. Influenza can spread in coughs or sneezes, but an increasing body of evidence shows small droplets containing the virus can linger on tabletops, telephones and other surfaces and be transferred via the fingers to the mouth, nose or eyes. Alcohol-based gel or foam hand sanitizers work well to destroy viruses and bacteria. Anyone with flu-like symptoms such as a sudden fever, cough or muscle aches should stay away from work or public transportation and should contact a doctor to be tested.

Social distancing is another tactic. It means staying away from other people who might be infected and can include avoiding large gatherings, spreading out a little at work, or perhaps staying home and lying low if an infection is spreading in a community. Public health and other responsible authorities have action plans which social distancing actions to request or require depending on the severity of the outbreak.

Wooden Temples of Kizhi

Kizhi, one of most popular tourist destinations is an island on Lake Onegain Russia. This, 7 kms long and 0.5 kms wide is associated with many beautiful wooden Churches chapels and houses. Surrounded by 5000 other islands, the access to Kizhi is by cruise ship. The main attractions of this island are the two large wooden churches and a bell-tower. The area inside the perimeter wall of the two churches and the bell tower is known as the Kizhi Pogost in Russia.

The Transfiguration Church built in 1714, which is said to be the jewel of its architecture, contains 22 onion shaped domes. This church also called as the summer church is the tallest log structures in the world with a height of about 30 m tall. Next to it is the smaller; nine domed Intercession Church built in 1764. This is also called as winter church. The third structure inside the Pogost is the bell tower that was built in 1874.

The pine trees were used for constructing the walls of the fabulous structures. These structures were erected without any nails or metal and were made with horizontally fitted logs, though they are covered by exterior wooden planks which cannot be seen. These extremely beautiful structures are said to be the oldest churches in Russia.
